Position: Bicycle Sales and Fit Specialist
Job Description: We are looking for someone who can:
- Join us as a member of our bicycle sales and fitting team.
- Be committed to excellence in customer care.
- Work to our high standards and develop and improve our shop operations.
- Support our group-rides, bike events, and the local bicycling community.
- Help grow our business.
- Be self-motivated and eager.
- Be honest and fair.
- Be sharp, punctual and dependable.
You should possess:
- A love of bicycles.
- A solid background in Human Anatomy and Kinesiology.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Retail experience. Bike-shop experience would be a significant asset.
- Mechanical and equipment competency.
- A proficiency using Microsoft and Google web-based software.
- A proficiency using social media including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Strava
